My pee rarley smells sweet it doesnt happen often but can that be normal?

im 18 male 5-7 120, no other symptoms of diabetes, no blurred vision, frequent urination, thirst, hunger, jaundice but i do have a few yellow nails. on occasion but rarley my urine smells sweet, however i do not experience other urinary symptoms can this be normal??? ive always been really paranoid
