I'm 14, could I have diabetes?

I've always had stomach problems and nausea since I was little, but I'm 14 now and so much more is going on. I get extremely dizzy, my mouth is pretty dry, I'm really sore everywhere, my chest hurts, my arms and legs are tingly and I feel like I'm shaking, I haven't been sleeping well, I always feel like I could vomit, and I have terrible headaches. I kinda feel like i have to go to the bathroom more but that could be from drinking a lit more fluids. went to the doctor today and they want to test me for lime disease and mono, but I really think I should be tested for diabetes. They also said I had a 100 degree fever and that my throat was red. I am also not hungry, I've always been skinny but I never really ate good foods. Could this be diabetes? Also, I just had an endoscopy done, would they have tested me for diabetes when I went there alreay? Thanks!
