Oral bumps in back of mouth?

i just went to the doctor, and i had mono test strep test done as well, and others like thyroid, diabetes, testing and everything came back negative, my throat is hurting, i feel pressure on my throat like weight being on it, i have white bumps on the back off the throat, they sent off oral culture, what is this? or what is causing me to have the bumps in my throat, on tonsils? is this std
