Can drinking a lot of water and exercising help to loose blood sugar level ?

Exercise lowers blood-sugar levels in a healthy way. Water, in most cases, is also healthy. However, if you're feeling abnormally thirsty and urinating frequently, you should see a doctor immediately. When blood glucose (or blood sugar, if you prefer) levels become extremely high, the body gets rid of the excess sugar through keytones, which cause abnormal thirst and urination. The keytones exit the body through the bladder. However, they also cause damage to organs that can be potentially fatal after a long period of time. Hope this helps!
