I'm getting worried. Whenever I wake up and look in the mirror, my stomach is nice and relatively flat and i'm really happy with my body. But after a single meal I just start to blow up. At the end of the day I could pass for four months pregnant, and this has been every day for as long as I can remember. I'm only 16 so i'm worried it's an early sign of diabetes. It runs in my family. Anyone have any advice? I'm really out of ideas, I even drink 8 glasses of water a day.
