What's the title of the song playing in the movie "cirque du freak: the vampire's assistant"...?

When Darren, the lead character, and Rebecca Tails aka "Monkey Girl" are supposed to clean out the cage of the cirque's "Wolfman," a song is playing. I can't seem to find the title of it. Does anyone know it? It's very beep boppy and the singer just sings: "Du du doop du du doop du du du du du du doop" over and over.
