My dogs poop is disappearing?

I have little Mini Pin, we live on a very lard 1.5 acre lot with dozens of huge mature trees that support a a squirrel population of about 6 or 8. I try to go out an pick up my dogs poop once a week but I can't find any! I am guessing the squirrels must be eating it, or something. I believe there are also armadillo's in the yard too (though I have never seen them, only the holes they make) and could be poop eaters as well. I failed to scoop her poop for 2 weeks and went out yesterday to find only 3 piles of old poop. I swear there should be much more, but there simple wasn't. I'm wondering if anyone knows if squirrels eat dog poop, or any other type of animal. We live in coastal GA...maybe some type of snake eats poop here? LOL
