Hi Im 27yr old male, through out my life from 18-24 I had very physical jobs were I would sweat gallons & gallons. Now Im 27 for 3 yrs now I been having a desk job, I used to weight 155 lbs I'm 5'7 now I weight 191 lbs I have been going to the gym for 4 months now, Im trying to incorporate Cardio in my routine 3 days a week for 2 hrs each day. Havent lost 1 pound :( I still feel like a tub of lard, dontknow what to do? I eat pretty healthy I eat break fast, lunch & dinner and I have snacks in between, snacks are like a yogurt, or banana or peanut butter & jelly.
