I have medicaid and medicare and was told I could get lap band surgery because of my health and the effects my?

i am overwieght by 100lb and have heart bypass and diabetes and back trouble to name a few things. I am 46 and if something doesnt change I will not live much longer. this is what they say. somebody please help me
