I know how you feel :( unfortunately you cannot spot target areas of your body when losing weight...only cardio can do that. Try upping your cardio...maybe turn one of those walks into a jog? and watch what you eat. fat will need to come off the whole body before it comes off the hips. Sometimes we can never really get rid of it, women are genetically made to store fat on their hips. The best thing you can do is burn some calories, eat well and try some toning exericses for your hip flexors or your obliques such as planks, side planks and twisting sit ups. You'll soon notice an improvement :)
