28 weeks pregnant and had ultrasound baby is 3 weeks bigger than he should be.?

ive been diagnosed with gestational diabetes hence reason baby is so big. Also i have to have a c section and they said there is not that much fluid around the baby for his age and they will more than likely deliver him early via c section. Does any one have an idea on how early they will more than likely take him out ?
